Giới thiệu sản xuất dao công nghiệp

Hiện nay, PILANA TOOLS là một trong những nhà sản xuất dao công nghiệp gỗ và nhựa lớn nhất châu Âu với hơn 200 công nhân. Hàng tháng chúng tôi sản xuất khoảng 20 000 dao flaker, 3000 dao bào lưng răng và 25 000 dao bào các loại. 
Chúng tôi cung cấp nhiều loại và nhiều kích thước dao. Loại dao được sản xuất từ các vật liệu tốt nhất, thiết kế tương ứng với tiêu chuẩn châu Âu – ISO và DIN. Trong quá trình sản xuất, chúng tôi chủ yếu sử dụng các vật liệu của Đức, Thụy Điển, Áo sau đây: 19.824, 19.830, 19.573, 19.569, 13.180 (DIN 1,3355, 1,3343, 1,2379, 1,2631, 1,2362, 1,2003)

Nhờ vào chất lượng cao và giá cả cạnh tranh, chúng tôi xuất khẩu trên 94% sản lượng dao đến 74 quốc gia trên toàn thế giới, chủ yếu là Liên minh châu Âu và Mỹ. Dao sản xuất từ PILANA cho phép sử dụng trong điều kiện làm việc khó khăn nhất. Công ty Dun & Bradstreet – hãng kiểm chứng thương hiệu nổi tiếng – đánh giá PILANA mức  A1 – là mức đánh giá cao nhất có thể bao gồm sự khẳng định về mức độ ổn định tài chính dài hạn và khả năng thanh toán tốt.

PRODUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL KNIVES

At present, PILANA TOOLS is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial knives for wood and plastic in Europe with more than 200 workers in the knife production. Every month we manufacture about 20 000 flaker knives, 3000 serrated knives and 25 000 m planing knives.
Our company offers many types and dimensions of these knives. The knives are manufactured from the best material which is especially suitable for these products. The design corresponds to the European standards ISO and DIN. During production we mainly use the following material: 19824, 19830, 19573, 19569 and 13180 (DIN 1.3355, 1.3343, 1.2379, 1.2631, 1.2362, 1.2003) delivered from Germany, Sweden and Austria.
